- First in mixer jar add almonds, cashews and pistachios and grind them to a coarse powder. do not run the mixture continuously, as the nuts may leave out oil. add 2 tbsp of sugar and saffron strands, grind again to make powder.(adding sugar helps to make into fine powder)
- Transfer it to a plate.Now in the same jar add Poppy seeds, fennal seeds, cumin seeds,green cardamom, black pepper corns, and dry rose petals. grind them to make fine powder.
