Add a little salt and pepper and about a teaspoon of chilli powder to the meat and stir. If using beef and you have more than about a teaspoon of fat drain it off because it will make your chilli greasy When the meat is nice and browned, Set aside
  4. Open all your cans. Add large can of tomato sauce to a large pot. Fill the same can with water and add it. Add all the beans. Stir in meat, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes.
  5. Put on a low to medium heat and let simmer and sir.. You can add more Chile powder to taste. Just remember that it gets hotter the longer it cooks
  6. Serve ontop of corn chips and top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
