- Add tomato puree and saute well.
- Add oregano chilli flakes, chilli powder, sugar and salt and mix well.

- Now grease a large microwave safe bowl with ghee and spread 1/2 rice into an even layer.
- Then spread the pizza gravy.
- Now spread the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle the oregano and chilli flakes.
- Then top with the remaining rice and flatten to make an even layer.
- Pour the ghee on top and cover with lid and microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Leave covered for 10 minutes.
